I wanted to share my five most important photos of 2018 with you, but then I found it way too difficult to pick even one, because I have cherished each and every moment so intensely this year. 💯✨🚀 2018 was a year of huge transformation for me and I have learnt so much. First and foremost I have learnt to let go. Letting go of old believes, letting go of any fear, letting go of resistance, letting go of upstream struggle and facing downstream instead, facing what suited me most, what felt just right. Which equals trust for me - trust in your own feelings, trust in life and trust in the universe. Which equals knowledge of guidance, completion and inner strength. Which equals pure love.

I have learnt (and I am still learning) to think consciously, to manifest consciously and to focus consciously, which helped me a lot to stay positive, no matter what condition surrounded me. I have learnt about vibrations and frequency and to turn my thoughts to the best possible outcome, for myself and for others. 🧡

There are so many people who have helped me on that way. All throughout my life. And I am most thankful for each one of them, each situation of my life, may I have considered it as „good“ or „bad“ at first, has let me here. Each one of you was and is my teacher 🙏🏼 This year I have chosen to live with the one person who I feel deeply emotionally and spiritually connected with and who has taught me so much. And I am grateful af that she has chosen to live with me and my kids as well - @lisajoechler -against all odds. ❤️ And we have great plans together ✊🏻 To all of you, family, friends, people that know me or don’t know me - may 2019 be the best of years for you so far. A year full of light in ever dark place, full of health, love, growth and abundance ⭐️ We are all in this together. According to spiritual teachings there is no separation and I feel, to the very bottom of my heart, that this is the truth.
